Just acquired a new Duo Dock to replace my ticking dock..cheaper than
getting a new power supply.

One question though: The Dock is labelled on the bottom as a Duo Dock
Plus. The logic board inside the Dock says "Duo Dock II"; Norton
Utilities identifies it as a Dock Plus.

Any ideas what the difference are between the two, and what I actually have?

FYI, the new power supply is built in the USA, as opposed to Italy,
even though it is the same company.
