I just read some posts online about MacOS 9 having ALL of the language kits
pre-installed, you just have to select that install option when first
setting up. Although one person wrote that some of the fonts from his JLK
were missing, it appears to be fully functional.

One thing that WASN'T clear was if the ability to input and display these
languages is still intact. I use the JLK kit to write email everyday, and
only had problems with it under 8.6(which I solved by going back to the
zippy 8.1). If all of the *total* language kits are included with OS9, it's
a good thing for Apple- but having bought the JLK kit in January, I feel
slightly gyped!! Just slightly...
