I was able to transfer files from my 2400 to my wife's PC laptop
using Zterm on the Mac and the Win98 HyperTerm on the PC over IR. I
think it would be exactly the same over a serial connection. The
thing that made it possible was the Apple connection macro on the PC.
Under Win95, I couldn't get it to work.
This is a fairly unsophisticated method - you set one to wait to
accept a file, and then use the other to send a file. No mounting
volumes on the desktop or anything like that.
