Last night my keyboard and trackpad on my 2400c stopped working. The
pbook starts up fine and seems to be working otherwise. I can access
my powerbook in scsi disk mode -- I can even make it the start up
disk.

The only thing that DOES seem to work on the keyboard is the poweron
button (I can turn on the computer) and the 3-finger salute (control,
command, startup button). I tried plugging in an external keyboard
and mouse (adb) but those don't work either.

Any thoughts about what might be going on? Any thoughts about fixing
it? Anyone else have this problem?

One bit of history that may or may not be relevant: I was trying to
swap batteries while in sleep-mode and the powerbook went off in the
middle of the procedure (right after I put the pbook to sleep and
removed battery). After that, the keyboard/trackpad stopped working.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts/experiences/advice you're willing
to share with me,
