I suggest posting his user name on this list so that any of us that are also
eBay users may post negative feedback. Oh, wait, I forgot, eBay doesn't let you
do this if you weren't a party to the deal. I once did this to someone who was
trading under two different user names who screwed me under one of them. So, to
warn others, I posted positive feedback with negative words in ALL CAPS to stand
out. However, this means people have to actually look at the feedback. I know
I'm guilty of seeing someone with a HIGH rating and not even bothering to look
at the comments. Not sure how to best alert others.
