Thanks to everyone for advice on how to take apart my new duo dock. (sorry I originally posted it with someone else's subject line). I'll go looking for that manual. I took the dock apart today and looked around and when I put it back together it didn't work. No power even to dock the duo. Looking at all these posts about duodock power supplies, it's ironic that this may be where my problem is. I was having some problems before today where the dock was losing power; jiggling the power cord at the back of the dock, and pushing it in further, seemed to be all it needed. Now, nothing helps. I guess what I need to know is: Is there some indication that there's power anywhere before the duo is docked? Or to put it another way, how can I tell if the problem is the power supply?
