If you have a dock with a hard drive you can install system 8.1 and use that
as the start-up drive when your docked. Then when your on the road without
a dock use 7.6.1. (Gives you more ram to play with) It also helps to have
Norton installed on both drives since there is no CD in a 280c for start-up
when you need to defrag your system (optimize). You can also tab your open
screens with 8.1
