If I recall you need version 1.2. Later versions will not work with earlier
OSs or up to 8.1. Apple fixed this bug with OS 8.5. If you check the Apple
TILs you will find this topic discussed.
As for battery reconditioning, It definitely improves the run time of my
batteries. However, it may only be a battery manager thing. i.e. something may
get corrupted in the way the Duo determines the battery life and running BR
fixes any such problems, thereby seemingly restoring battery life. Anybody?
