Sun Remarketing (www.sunrem.com) sells them, I believe.  However,
they will probably charge you something hideous like $20+ for the
silly little piece of plastic.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. You're right, Sun charges >$20 for this silly
little piece of plastic. Maybe I will go diving among the boxes in my house this
week and try to find the original.

Anyone know if the I/O doors for other PB models shown below also fit the
PB2400?
