Partitioning is no doubt a good way to deal with the classic and extended
file system. However, if that is seen as a way to get around the 4GB
limit of SCSI Disk Mode I do not believe it will work.

Some time ago I contacted MCE to ask about partitioning as a way to get
around the 4GB limit of SCSI Disk Model.

I received the following answer:

"Even if you partition the drives to have volumes less than 4GB, Apple
says that SCSI Disk mode will be unreliable and potentially destructive
to your data."

I have heard DiskWarrior can suceed where all other rebuilding and
recovery programs fail? Has anyone had success with DiskWarrior? Would
you recommend it?

While I have found TechTools a very good utility I have not found
especially helpful in dealing with a corrupted disk.
