I don't know if it's what you've been waiting for, but it is the long awaited 
"Pismo". Nice, fairly light computer, but to those of us fond of the 
Duos/2400's, it real big. An adult laptop, if you will.

It's fast, has a DVD, USB, FireWire, pre configured for an AirPort Card and 
no SCSI. Only one Type I/II PC card (PCMCIA) slot, no serial port. Same form 
factor as the current 333/400 MHz G3 PowerBooks (lombard)

I might replace my 2400 (PMU's getting flakey, been back to Apple once) with 
a Pismo. Or I might wait another six monthes for the next big thing, 
son/daughter of Pismo (103?)
