Mike,
I  had the same problem with the clicker on my 250.  When I disassembled the duo
I was able to glue the button back with either epoxy or super glue - can't
remember.  It held fine then and still is. Your clicker may be broken differently
but this strategy may work and save few bucks (however, $25 for a trackmarble
assembly you have confidence in is pretty good).  General advice for removing
palmrest & repairing mouse.........it is definitely a do-able job for even the
very inexperienced - just go slowly, be very gentle, never force any plastic
part.  The grey plastic clips are easy to rupture.  Good luck!
