Before you go and do anything drastic, try this simple thing. While your
Duo is in the dock, try pushing gently on the right side of the duo, and
then restarting. My duo does just that if it's not seated properly. I have
to gently push it in on the right. Sometimes, I have to gently rock it as
well. Also, if I accidently push on the left too hard, it shuts off.
