This is not really an individual criticism or an attack, but a general observation. If anyone has a problem, please list all of the steps you have taken to solve it before asking for help. I don't mind repeating myself for the sake of new listers from time to time, but I hate wasting time making suggestions that have already been tried. Honestly, I have suggested to people the simplest things that they have overlooked, so one can't assume that someone posting has tried all of the "basic" steps to resolve their problem before posting for help. Thanks for your consideration. PCIS wrote: > I've done that, it does not make any difference. As I said, the battery > shows full charge when the Duo shuts down.
