You should be able to use your 230's memory in the 2300. I've even been told
that the 2300's memory would work in a 230 and since it comes in a higher amount
than the 230 did, the 230 should recognize it allowing you to have more memory
than the 230 was supposed to max at. But, it's better to have a 2300 either way.
