Not very helpful, but I think it says that it will work just fine with the
2300. The 2300 has neither the SCSI controller they reference (will not support
SCSI Manager 4.3), and has a maximum SCSI transfer rate of 1.5 or less. The
same is true for the 280c which is a 68LC040.
