The correct way to unsubscribe to the list is to send an e-mail
with the message;  
unsubscribe e-mail address     (that's your e-mail address) 
both in the subject line, and in the body of the message to;
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I just learned this myself after several tries to get off the G4 list.
