The caps lock and control keys are in the *correct* places.  You 
people have no memory.  <g>  And it's really hard to get a keyboard 
like that anymore--that one feature alone would be worth $150 to a 
lot of people; they usually end up repairing the keyboard with a 
soldering iron.  (I actually think the person who first designed a 
keyboard with those keys swapped should be drowned.)

As for the problem of no movement keys, I've been using KeySwapper to 
remap F9-F12 to be home, page up, page down, and end, respectively.
