There are a number of companies that sell batteries in the UK, try
www.overlander.co.uk, they sell the NIMH '3/4 AA' sized cells that you get
inside Duo batteries. I was going to replace the cells inside one of my duo
batteries but haven't got 'round to it, but I don't see any problems in
theory. Let me know how you get on if you do it,
