Perhaps put links to your own webserver to the various portions of it instead of doing a huge dump on here. I take it your first Dupliciity-Full backup used an actual encryption "key" not just password encryption? In other words, you 'need' your .gpg directory unlike those who use the simpler password only encryption without keys.
