there's currently no way to modify the default timeout values for https
connections in the webdav backend. you might want to check python API
docs and modify duplicity/backends/webdavbackend.py

alternatively you can give me temporary access to a goneo account and i
can have a look at this. as i'm pretty busy this might take some weeks
though.
