ñull posted a new comment: gobbo seems to have solved the issue for himself, but it still exists for all other users with crappy FTP backup devices. So please could this become a feature request? Like an extra switch in duplicity that will activate this cd-ing to the right path for devices that do not support full paths? I don't dominate python to do a slash explode and a loop with cd commands. Just one -W cd whatever won't do when there is another path used as duplicity parameter.
