Using duplicity 0.7.05 in ubuntu 15.10 fresh install with deja-dup gui. The remote drive is connected to the usb port of the router, and ftp access is allowed. The backup process starts but when attempting to upload to the external hard drive, the process exits with error message file duplicity-full-xxxxx.difftar.gpg was corrupted during upload The back up system with the same settings used to work in Ubuntu 14.10. There are a few threads from 2011 in which the same problem was observed when trying to connect to S3.
