Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is the process to get an
updated duplicity package into Ubuntu Zesty? The current version in
there is 0.7.06, which is quite far behind.
See this, for one example that was fixed ages ago but keeps coming up
because of the old versions:

Is the old release in the repos related to all the build errors that
have been coming through, or is there some separate process we need to
go through to get the updated version into the archives?
