What OS and version? Where did you get the 0.7.11 version from and how
did you install it? The reason I ask is that the problems you are
having, multiple instances of duplicity, and multiple instances of GPG,
were all fixed a long time ago. They should not be happening.
If you installed via tarball after using a repo install, you will need
to uninstall the repo version and reinstall the tarball version. That
should fix the obvious problems.
