Follow-up Comment #13:
I installed the patch again and fixed the problem in ssh/scp where
parsed_url.path had an extraneous '/' prepended. This caused sftp to try to
create /dupdir instead of just dupdir. I tested ssh, ftp, rsync, and file. I
cannot test S3 or WebDAV, so perhaps someone else could tackle those.
