Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22826 (project duplicity):
I haven't yet tested with or without this patch with the modern boto, but if
I am not missing something this will essentially break the long-awaited
feature of European buckets.
I suggest adding an option to enable old-style use, given that the new method
of S3 access is preferred by S3 and presumably boto (if people agree I'll
volunteer to submit the mods).
Any opinions?
