Details:
WebDAV requires that the target collection (dir) be created manually before
running the first backup and unit tests will fail. This patch will create the
directory if it does not exist.
One minor fix is included from unit testing. The list() function should
return an empty list when there are no files available. WebDAV list() was
returning a list with a single empty string; [u''] instead of [].
