Details:
When using the --no-encrypt flag there shouldn't be any dependencies on
having GPG installed and so it would be nice if duplicity were able to operate
without having GnuPGInterface available.
I suspect that this might be trivial to change by moving the
import GnuPGInterface
into the
gpg.py:GPGFile.__init__
method right before it's used. This way GnuPGInterface only becomes a
dependency if duplicity needs to use it to encrypt/decrypt something.
