Details:
Attached are the diffs which implement imapbackend.py and remove
gmailimapbackend.py.
imap and imaps backends supported (works with Gmail too).
imap server set using the IMAP_SERVER environment variable.
For imap servers that require the users to log in as [email protected],
instead of just the user name there is a --imap-full-address option.
The destination imap folder can be specified using --imap-mailbox
Options relating to gmail removed, used the imap options instead. tested with
Gmail, Dovecot and Courier imap servers.
