Follow-up Comment #3, patch #6730 (project duplicity):
If you take a look at the list function, it already does this in the next to
the last line of the function with a [1:] on the list returned from the
command, so removing it in the run_sftp_command removes too much.
Corrected patch attached and CVS updated.
