Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25097 (project duplicity):
I just attached list-at-time.diff which implements this, by allowing an
optional time parameter to SignatureChain.get_filenames and
SignatureChain.get_fileobjs.
I also added the --time alias for -t and --restore-time since that argument
is now also used for non-restore actions.
