Details:

this is a forward of debian-bug #480417
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=480417)
where a user reported that python-boto allows passwords to come
from ~/.boto or the environment -- but duplicity forces him to use the
environment, with all that entails.

the fix is very simple: i amended the description text
in botobackend.py and removed the exception raising if
the user doesn't supply AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID etc.
patch is attached.
