Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25874 (project duplicity):
This was not from 0.5.11 -- in version .11 I included the fixed
GnuPGInterface.py which corrected the problem below.
File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/GnuPGInterface.py", line 639, in
wait
raise IOError, "GnuPG exited non-zero, with code %d" % (e << 8)
IOError: GnuPG exited non-zero, with code 131072

Although, I must admit, I did not explicitly specify that the fixed
GnuPGInterface.py was included. Mea culpa.
