Follow-up Comment #15:
I've attached a patch which will reap the gpg child termination results as
the process terminates and save them for the later call to process.wait().
This will free up 3 file descriptors for each process reaped, however, this is
only half the fix. The 3 file descriptors on duplicity's side are not
released. That will come with the 0.6.0 release, checkpoint/restart.
