I suppose the official name of the *package* is DVBcut nowadays, but it may have been DVBCUT or dvbcut in the beginning - you'll have to ask the original author. The *program* - the binary executable - is spelled "dvbcut", however, so the manpage is correct. "Historical" files like ChangeLog should not be modified later, in my opinion. I'll reject any patches that do that.
