Just to let you know, I have switched MythTV to TS format and it looks like DVBcut is working properly. Have not encountered a major audio/video break, though.
I found another TS stream (from ARD) that dvbcut is unable to process. It shows negative timestamps (somewhere around -12 hours), and when I try to export the stream, it processes the first 6% of it and then starts to allocate memory until I kill it (or the kernel does).
I guess there's some broken reference in the stream that causes dvbcut to load the whole file into memory.
