That means that the stream is damaged somehow. I also see that with
uncut TS now and then. Dvbcut doesn't re-generate the missing parts - in
most cases, it's impossible anyway -, so the output will be damaged as well.

Just that you don't see anything doesn't mean that it isn't there. Since
you're re-muxing the stream, you may not see broken A/V frames because
ProjectX threw them away. In some cases, however, you may notice that
audio and video aren't running synchronously any longer - depending on
how much of either stream was missing.
