Hi, I would assume that's a problem the libavformat-muxer has with your channel4 streams...
BTW, Why don't you use dvbcut from the repository or at least patch #12 where Michael indroduced a new indexer which solves some problems connected with strange timestamps? ciao Ralph Am Dienstag, 19.
