You know that you can call dvbcut in a command line resp. batch mode? 

If not,... just try 'dvbcut -help' ... of course not everything is available 
there.
But basic functions like index generation, (auto) cutting and exporting as well 
as reading / processing of project files which you can easily generate by some 
other tools to define cut points.
