Well, my patch isn't exactly well-tested, but I think I got it right. It
successfully opens a file with a packet size of 192 (and should handle
up to 208 bytes/packet, just in case). It even detects m2ts files
correctly, although it can't process them - they use 192 bytes as well,
but the video stream isn't MPEG-2 encoded.
