Clean test for .elc files in the contrib directory.
* lisp/Makefile.in (install-el): Replace ugly use of varibale by a clean
test of the return code of $(LS).
(install-elc): Ditto.

Fix dvc-load-install.el.
* Makefile.in (install): Add a sed action to replace ${prefix} by its
value and output the result in ${lispdir}/dvc-load.el.
* lisp/Makefile.in (install-el): Remove the handling of dvc-load.el.

Permit to build in another directory than the top source directory.
* lisp/Makefile.in: Define top_srcdir.
(install-el): use is to copy dvc-load.el.
Prefix all the source by ${srcdir} but in echo message to keep them
clean.
