Allow back-ends to modify the environment variables passed to
subprocesses.
I prefer not using `setenv' directly since it would also apply to shells
inside Emacs. For now, bzr back-end uses it to disable progress bars.

* lisp/tla.el (tla-revision-replay): Get the revision information from
the correct place if we want to replay the unmarked revision at point.
