A bunch of improvements to the xhg-mq-mode
- New command xhg-mq-edit-series-file bound to ?e
- xhg-qdelete suggests only possible (unapplied) patches for deletion
- Changed the bindings for xhg-qnext, xhg-qprev (again...) since
xhg-qprev shadowed xhg-qpop before
