I'd like to suggest a few changes to the text on the DVC website.

My main concern is that the introduction currently starts with over a
hundred words on Xtla and VC before finally mentioning DVC for the first
time. I suspect that this amount of historic detail is confusing to
people unfamiliar with Xtla. It would be better to give a brief
description of the DVC project first and defer its relationship with
Xtla to a later "background" section.

My branch contains a modified www/index.html with the text that I propose.

I also made some other changes to the text; noteworthy perhaps:

* The link to the documentation is gone. The documentation is still
very GNU Arch-specific, and the examples in the tutorial are obsolete
(DVC is no longer being tracked in GNU Arch). My impression is that, in
its current state, the documentation does more harm than good.

* The back-end status table currently says that we have "good support"
for some of the systems. This seems redundant to me; good support is
what the reader expects implicitly anyway. We only have to mark those
back-ends that are still lacking.

Christian.
