xgit: Pass HEAD to "git diff" invocation
* lisp/xgit.el (xgit-diff): Add HEAD argument. This shows what would be
committed with "git commit -a". Since this is, in fact, what we use in
log-edit-done, let's be consistent and use HEAD here.

Limit use of expand-file-name and fix add-log name computation bug
* lisp/dvc-core.el (dvc-find-tree-root-file-first): Only call
expand-file-name if we are under windows. It's annoying to be
mysteriously transported into a different path and get duplicated
buffers. Also, remove trailing slash, so that it does not mess up name
computation for `add-log-file-name'.

Make bzr-send-commit-notification suit me better
* lisp/bzr.el (bzr-send-commit-notification): Skip past any PGP signing
stuff at the beginning of the body before inserting messages. Ensure
that a blank line separates end of log and beginning of signature.
