Turn off debugging output by default
* lisp/dvc-utils.el (dvc-debug): Set to nil by default. We have some
users now, and should not be showing them debugging output.
Throughout:
- Change some instances of message to dvc-trace.
- Fix some uses of (message (format ...)) to (message ...).
