Support 'path' restriction in dvc-log for xmtn, bzr; other misc changes.
* lisp/bzr-revision.el (bzr-log): Support restriction to a single file,
last-n.
* lisp/dvc-diff.el (dvc-diff-mode-map): Add dvc-log, dvc-diff-log
(dvc-diff-file-menu-list): Add dvc-log, dvc-diff-log
(dvc-diff-log): New function to show log for a single file
* lisp/xmtn-revlist.el (xmtn--revlist-*info-generator-fn*): Improve doc
string.
(xmtn-dvc-log): Allow path to be non-nil
(xmtn-log): New function (instead of dvc-back-end-wrappers)
(xmtn--log-helper): Allow restriction to single file.
(xmtn-list-revisions-modifying-file): add first-line-only-p last-n
args.
(xmtn-revlist-explicit-merge): deleted; not needed.
Other changes:
* docs/DVC-API: Replace #DVC# with <dvc> for consistency. Add discussion
of dvc-back-end-wrappers.
* lisp/dvc-unified.el (dvc-log): Fix interactive form to allow nil last-n.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn-dvc-revert-files): Support reverting a list of
files.

minor improvements in dvc-bookmarks, support 'mtn propagate'.
* lisp/dvc-bookmarks.el (dvc-bookmarks-show-partners): change default to
't, add doc string.
(dvc-bookmarks-status): pass local-tree to dvc-status, so prompting
works right.
(dvc-bookmarks-merge): add doc string
* lisp/dvc-diff.el (dvc-file-ediff): put base in top window.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn-propagate-from): new function.
(xmtn-dvc-merge): use it.
