More support for excluded files. For remove, remove unknown files from
workspace; update ewoc status for others.
* lisp/dvc-diff.el (dvc-diff-mode-map): Bind dvc-fileinfo-toggle-exclude,
dvc-edit-exclude. Use dvc-fileinfo-remove-files instead of
dvc-remove-files.
* lisp/dvc-fileinfo.el (dvc-fileinfo-toggle-exclude): New function.
(dvc-fileinfo-remove-files): New function.
* lisp/dvc-utils.el (dvc-edit-exclude): New function.
