Improve xmtn ignore directories.
* lisp/xmtn-dvc.el (xmtn--status-using-inventory): Save buffers.
(xmtn--status-using-inventory): Use new function xmtn--have-no-ignore.
(xmtn-dvc-ignore-files): If xmtn--have-no-ignore, mtn does not recurse
into unknown directories, so simplify ignore pattern.
* lisp/xmtn-run.el (xmtn--have-no-ignore): New function.
* lisp/dvc-log.el (dvc-ediff-add-log-entry): Bind dvc-temp-current-active-dvc.
